Thank you so much for shopping with AWUF MARKET. You're very valuable to us as a customer, therefore if you are not entirely satisfied with any product you purchased from us, we’re here to assist you.

How to Get a Refund or Exchange a Product

You have 24 hours to return any product you are not satisfied with either by the size, quality or has been damaged before reaching you.

To be eligible for a 100% refund or exchange the fault must be ours, the product must be unused, not damaged and packed in the original box that came with it.

You must also attach or provided a purchase receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the product we will notify you within 72 hours the status of return or exchange process as the case may be.

Shipping & Refund

You the customer will be 100% responsible for the cost of returning the product to our nearest office.

The shipping fee of the product will be deducted from your purchase money due for refund before paying it into your designated bank account,
